Profile

Associate Professor with more than 18 years of academic and professional experience in labour economics, social policy, occupational health and safety, labour law, social entrepreneurship, and labour market analysis. Experienced in teaching, academic research, EU-funded projects, TÜBİTAK-supported research, impact analysis, training design, and policy-oriented reporting.

My work combines academic research, field-based analysis, and applied project experience, with a particular focus on labour market transitions, disadvantaged groups, social entrepreneurship ecosystems, and the future of work.
